About Me

I'm an elementary public school teacher and math coach. As a coach, I travel to different schools, work in the classroom with students, collaborate with other educators, and run professional development workshops. 

I wrote Adventures in Math to highlight some of the people who use math to do amazing things and show ways math is all around us. I hope this book gives students more reasons to love math and the confidence to persevere in whatever they want to learn.

I live in Toronto, Ontario, with my husband and four children. 

My favourite thing about numbers is how dependable they are. I can always count on them!
